And unfortunately, you have probably been told some things that aren't true, like....
1. Mental illness is the result of sin (false)
2. If you truly had Jesus, you wouldn't need professional help (also false)
3. You just need to "go to church, read your bible, and pray more" (ok, true, you do need to do those things, BUT there's a lot more to it than that)
1. There are a lot of people in the Bible who struggled with their mental health (Did you know King David most likely had depression?)
2. God gifts some people certain abilities to help us do things that we can't do on our own (You go to the doctor when you don't feel well physically, right?)
3. You can learn effective coping skills and research-backed tools to better manage your emotions and take control of your negative thoughts
This mini-course combines Christian values with psychology so can experience peace, stop over-thinking, and feel joy again.
Without talking to a stranger or investing time and money into weekly sessions.
Here’s How It Works
Christianity Meets Psychology
Start focusing on solutions rather than problems. Cast your vision for life, but learn how to let go of control and allow God to direct your steps.
His Word is a lantern to our feet - are you ready to start walking? (Don't worry, I'll be by your side on your screen)
Part Five
Learn how to fix your thoughts on what is true, right, and pure (Philippians 4:8). You'll learn how to see the good in the world and feel grateful, even on your worst days. Don't worry, no toxic positivity here, just a powerful mindset shift that might change your life ;)
Part Four
Identify the story you are telling yourself about your life. Then, learn how to rewrite your story (and change the next chapter). Spoiler Alert: you can be the hero of your own story and have a happy ending.
Part Three
Start to accept people and things as they are, not how you want them to be. Discover breath prayers and grounding techniques so you can live in the present. Learn how to regulate your nervous system so your fight-or-flight response isn't going off just because you have to answer a phone call *cough cough*
Part Two
Identify your core beliefs. Examples: "I am not good enough, people will always leave me, I have to be in control." Then, rewire your brain with the truth of God's Word so you can have a future that looks different from the past. Break free from limiting beliefs and intrusive thoughts. Stop asking yourself "what if" questions.
Part One
"Your life is always moving in the direction of your strongest thoughts." -Pastor Craig Groeschel

I know what it's like to be unable to sleep because of racing thoughts. I experienced the fatigue of having no energy to do what I knew I needed to do to feel better. I felt hopeless because I thought things would never change or improve.
And I know the search for ways to escape (hello, doom-scrolling).
When I first became a counselor, I wasn't a Christian. I had degrees and certifications, but I was still struggling.
Why? Because something was missing: Jesus
Once I found my faith, I started infusing every psychological technique I learned in school with Christianity, for myself and my clients.
This unique service led to an Instagram following of over 125,000 in less than a year and a waiting list for my private practice.
Online courses are how I am able to help more people at a time (at a more affordable price than 1:1 sessions).
When someone doesn’t text you back, you immediately assume they’re mad at you.
You have a hard time making decisions because you label them "right" or "wrong" and "good" or "bad.”
You keep falling into the same unhelpful patterns.
If someone cancels plans with you, your mind says “They don’t like me.”
You struggle to fall asleep because you just can't turn your brain off.
You hear yourself using “always” and “never” phrases like “I’m always gonna be single” or “I’m never gonna be good enough!”
You notice your heart rate speed up and start to feel like you can't breathe when you think about the 'what ifs.’
You find yourself “waiting for the other shoe to drop.”
You try to control all areas of your life.
You recognize traumatic childhood experiences and toxic family patterns have impacted your mental health.
Here’s a mini-self-assessment to see if you fall into that category

This Course is NOT For You If…
Q
Not necessarily. The course is made by a Licensed Therapist and has many proven therapy tools. If you’re not a Christian or share those beliefs, you’ll still get a lot from the psychology in the training. However, you will notice a strong theme of Biblical references.
Is this course only for Christians?
