First, I collect your relationship history and outline the main problems. Then, you will each have the opportunity to speak with me privately to share unfiltered concerns. We will come back together to learn healthy communication techniques and establish realistic relationship goals. 




You will learn how to recognize your cycle and break patterns. You will understand how you each contribute to the relationship dynamic. You will deepen your understanding of both of your triggers and unmet needs. You will both be given tools chosen specifically for each of you so you can make tangible changes immediately. At the end, there is time for reflection and prayer. 


You can use this time to collect your thoughts and feelings, regulate your nervous systems, and reflect on our conversation so far. You may have a few worksheets to complete during the break, intentionally chosen to address your specific challenges.

During this time, I am identifying your unique relationship cycle and creating a toolbox just for you two of exercises and resources that you can use in every day life beyond our session.

Every marriage workshop is uniquely designed to fit your specific needs. This workshop requires full engagement from both partners to achieve the most meaningful transformation.

You’ll receive a detailed aftercare report with observations, actionable steps, and resources to continue growing & strengthening your marriage. You'll also receive a personalized prayer, a mission statement, and a list of Scriptures to guide you along your journey.

And because I want you to have long-term support and a long-lasting marriage, your private marriage workshop includes lifetime access to Christian Marriage Academy (a $1,297 value)!

Mini-Workshops are 3 hour marathon sessions, also held on Saturdays. These are NOT designed for couples in significant distress, but are perfect for the couple who can't attend sessions on weekdays, can't commit to weekly sessions, or just prefer to meet once a month instead of once a week. Mini-Workshops still include a detailed aftercare report (described above), but do NOT include Christian Marriage Academy. Inside of a Mini-Workshop you will reconnect, learn healthy communication skills, build a God-centered marriage, and address your specific challenges in a safe, non-judgmental space.
