Yes, it's important to go to church, read your Bible, and pray - and God also gifts people with certain abilities and assignments to help us do the things that we can't do on our own.
Just like you would hire a professional to fix your car, it's okay if you need some professional help to repair your relationship, too.
As a therapist, I've seen how healing past hurts and giving people the right tools can change lives.
And as a Christian couple, we have seen personally how doing things God's Way changes marriages.
Our Philosophy
We knew then that we had to offer this unique Christian marriage advice to the world. With the foundation of my skills as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and our experiences overcoming real challenges in real life, Christian Millennial Marriages was born.
Now, I conduct private sessions for individuals and couples, while both David and I teach you our exact roadmap for relationship success in our signature course, Christian Marriage Academy.
We merged Biblical truths with therapeutic tools and it changed everything.
That was the sentence that started Christian Millennial Marriages. Okay, okay, I’m exaggerating a little…
Those are the words David used to flirt with me when we first met back in 2013 at a concert (The Fray and The Goo Goo Dolls, in case you are wondering). We started dating, fell in love, got married, and lived happily ever after– NOT.
We know what it's like to have every conversation turn into an argument, let months go by without a date night, and put your faith on the back burner. (We also know what it's like to have some pretty gnarly fights and wonder if your marriage is over).
We struggled to find practical, sustainable tools that worked in everyday life. So we dug deep into God's Word, tried all the advice from the experts, and combined the wisdom & strategies into a practical and actionable lifestyle for married Christian millennials like us.

I've been a Licensed Therapist and Christian relationship coach for over 10 years, helping people improve their mental health and marriages. Many Christians are told they shouldn't need professional help if they truly have God and that is just not true. So I became determined to use my education and experience to create a safe space for Christians to heal, grow, and fix the things they think will never change - without even leaving their home. I started offering private online sessions that combine Christianity and psychology to help my clients make themselves and their relationships the best they can be. Then, I created Christian Marriage Academy so this unique, life-changing service is now available to people anytime, anywhere.

We can all be “a student of marriage.” After spending years perfecting my golf swing through YouTube videos and studying for my fantasy sports drafts, I realized that I could probably be a great husband, too, if I put that same kind of effort into my marriage. So I did! Now I'm the spiritual leader of our home … and a reigning fantasy sports champion ;)

Both coaching and therapy are designed to help you overcome challenges, identify and achieve goals, and create long-lasting, positive changes.
