What are your session times & rates?

All sessions with Jenna are 50 minutes at a rate of $250.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THERAPY AND COACHING?

While my therapy services are only available in Florida, my coaching services are available worldwide! Both coaching and therapy are designed to help you overcome challenges, identify and achieve goals, and create long-lasting, positive changes. The main difference between coaching and therapy is that coaching does NOT diagnose or treat mental illness. If you are in Florida, you can learn more about therapy services here.
